General terms and conditions

1. Provider. Omnilex AG, Hohlstrasse 186, 8004 Zürich. Omnilex AG is not a law firm and does not appear before courts or conciliation authorities.
2. Services. The initial assessment by email is free of charge, AI-assisted and not reviewed by legal experts. The paid packages comprise the services listed in the respective package, provided by legal experts at Omnilex AG. Not included are ongoing support, negotiations with the opposing party and representation in proceedings. Submissions are delivered as drafts and are filed by the customer themselves.
3. Order and payment. The contract is concluded upon our confirmation. Work begins once payment has been received. Prices are flat fees incl. VAT.
4. Cooperation. The customer provides the necessary documents completely and truthfully. Delivery times run from receipt of all documents.
5. Support. The 30-day support is limited to the services listed. We quote for any further services separately.
6. Deadlines. Compliance with statutory deadlines is the responsibility of the customer. We point out the deadlines known to us.
7. Liability. We are liable for the careful provision of our services. Liability is limited to the amount of the package ordered, to the extent permitted by law. Liability is excluded for decisions made on the basis of the free initial assessment.
8. Confidentiality. We treat all information confidentially. There is no statutory professional secrecy; confidentiality is guaranteed contractually.
9. Cancellation. The order may be cancelled free of charge until work has begun.
10. Applicable law. Swiss law, place of jurisdiction Zurich, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction.
