What data we process

In the questionnaire we collect information about your employment relationship, the dismissal and your goals, as well as your email address and, optionally, your telephone number, name and company. Information about illness, accident, pregnancy, military service or personal characteristics constitutes sensitive personal data within the meaning of Art. 5 lit. c FADP. We process it only with your express consent and only for the evaluation and the services you order.

Purpose and legal basis

Reviewing your case and sending you the assessment by email, processing orders, contacting you with follow-up questions. Legal basis: your consent and the performance of the contract.

Storage and recipients

Your information is transmitted in encrypted form to our intake mailbox (email delivery via Resend, servers in the EU) and stored there for processing. Website hosting: Vercel, Frankfurt region. No payments are processed on this website. If you accept our offer by email, payment is handled by a payment service provider; we do not store any payment data. Usage analytics and advertising measurement are explained separately below. We delete information not followed by an order after 90 days, and orders once the statutory retention periods have expired.

Usage analytics and advertising measurement

During the launch and debugging phase, PostHog (EU project) and Google Ads start automatically on our public production website, without a cookie banner. Cookies and local browser storage are used for this purpose. PostHog records page views, clicks, scroll depth, load times, technical errors, the steps in the questionnaire with the answer options selected (but not free-text entries), as well as session recordings. Visible text and ordinary entries in the questionnaire and in the confirmation, including names, email addresses and case details, may be recorded by PostHog. After submission, your session in PostHog is linked to your email address, and our server reports receipt of the request to PostHog. Event properties and URL parameters are not anonymised by a dedicated filter. Password fields remain masked. Console logs and network headers and content are not recorded.

Google Ads records a request or order only once our email service has accepted delivery to the intake mailbox. For this we use a technical reference to avoid double counting. Campaign parameters and ad click identifiers may be stored in the browser for up to 90 days and transmitted with the request to our intake team. Enhanced conversions and ad personalisation are disabled. Your questionnaire answers remain in the working memory of this browser window as you move between steps.
